I found it hard to be coeliac initially in Noosa – mainly because the gelato shop had gluten base instead of sugar and I struggled to find hot chips to sit on the beach with. One place that really stood out was:
The manager came over and talked to me about coeliacs, he make sure the kitchen used a separate fryer for my chips and no CC occured. All pizzas could be made GF for $5 extra and they were delicious – we went back here a few times!
Next time, I will try Noosaville rather than the main street for food options. There’s a great market of fresh produce there and heaps of fresh prawns and seafood available.
