This was my first attempt at Ethiopian and I loved it. I’d been wanting to try it since I heard that their injera bread is made from teff flour which is gluten free and delicious!
Saba’s is run by two lovely ladies and they make such tasty food.
We had a mix of stews from meat, veggies, potatoes and beans all poured onto the delicious injera.
Did I get sick: NO
Strict with Cross Contamination measures: Yes (waitress said they don’t actually have any wheat in the venue)
