Gazi is in the CBD, near Flinders St station. They’re famous for their souvas and lucky for us, they offer them in Gluten Free casing. Unfortunately, their delicious garlic oil, feta covered chips are fried in oil with fritters and wheat based product so stay away from them. They’re happy to omit them from your souvas though and are super careful in the kitchen. We were sitting near the head chef and could hear him tell the chefs to be careful as its for a coeliac- they were very clued in, knowing to not include friend onion as a garnish and ensuring the dips for entree were gluten free and came with my own gf bread.
